The Upfront Mortgage Broker

You’ve come to the right place if you want someone to help you with your mortgage and do it in a transparent and honest way. Are you unsure about how the process works and/or have you heard about the many unscrupulous people in the mortgage industry. Perhaps you heard about the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association and found me through their website. Here you will find some information that you can use to decide if I am the right person to assist you with your next mortgage.

I bought my first home in 1999 and I had a terrible experience when dealing with the lender. I was a first time home buyer as was my wife. We basically went through six, yes 6, different people at the office for the lender. We were bounced around from person to person, we didn’t know who we were supposed to speak to regarding half our questions because when one person was done doing what they were doing, we were passed onto the next person.

I was nervous to begin with to tell you the truth. Not a single person in my immediate family had owned a house before, I grew up in New York were most people lived in apartment buildings as I did. I had no one to look to when I had a question about the mortgage process.
I knew there had to be a better way.
While I was working at a Lexus dealership, I was trained in customer service by the best in the customer service industry. Lexus has continually ranked #1 or 2 in customer service surveys. They require all dealership personnel to attend customer service training annually because they know it takes the best training to help people succeed.
I have taken the customer service training and applied it in my mortgage business. You see, there is a better way of doing business. I have found in the mortgage industry that people aren’t returning phone calls, emails and messages. How hard can it be to simply reply to someone, all they want is to have their question(s) answered! I’d imagine that it takes more time and effort to ignore something then it does to take care of it.
This is where I set myself apart in addition to being transparent and The Upfront Mortgage Broker. I will do everything possible to return your phone call or hit the reply button on your email before the day ends. It’s what I wanted done when I was buying my first home. I became an Upfront Mortgage Broker in 2005 because it is the right thing to do. I believe in a higher being and will one day meet my maker. When that day comes, I want to pass his judgment.
I’d love the opportunity to assist you with the mortgage for your next home purchase, below is my contact information, feel free to contact me anytime. If you want a Realtor that is honest, upfront and can look out for your best interest, please visit my Trusted Professionals webpage.
